I also tried her chocolate covered cherries and white chocolate peppermint bark. I loved the cherries, and even though I’m not a big fan of white ‘chocolate” because it’s not really chocolate, it was a delightful confection. Reminded me that Christmas is coming.
I saw Isabelle again at the Dallas Chocolate Festival. Her table was very busy. It looked delicious. I sampled a truffle and a cookie – it was hard to stop. She had some of her awards on display. Here’s the list:
Dallas Market Center 2016 Beat Chocolate/Candy
Richardson Living Magazine 2016 Best Dessert in Richardson
Richardson Living Magazine 2016 Best Kept Secret in Richardson
Dallas Observer 2014 Best Cake Balls in Dallas
Dallas Market Center 2012 Best Dessert
Dallas Market Center 2012 Best Chocolate
Impressive, isn’t it? And with all this going on, she still hosts the cutest, yummiest children’s birthday parties! I think my granddaughter, gypsy-in-training Miss Hannah would like his when her birthday rolls around again next year.
